Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Penati is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.
Just 100 meters from the Casablanca beach and surrounded by celebrity hotspots and some of the world's most exclusive real estate, Casa Penati offers easy access to the Paseo Maritimo (Beachside Walkway). From here, you can enjoy a leisurely walk, jog, skate, or cycle eastward to Marbella's old town, featuring its traditional bars and restaurants. A few hundred meters away lies the famous Marbella Club.
