Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Adriana is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.
Just 100 metres from the beach, Casa Adriana is surrounded by some of the most iconic venues and exclusive real estate in Europe. From the doorstep, guests can enjoy the Paseo Marítimo, Marbella’s famed beachside promenade, which leads east to the historic Old Town—with its traditional tapas bars and local charm—or west towards the renowned Marbella Club and the ultra-chic Puente Romano Resort, home to three Michelin-starred restaurants and an array of stylish bars.
