Positive: We recently stayed at this flat in Switzerland and found it to be a decent option with a few notable pros, but unfortunately, several issues affected our overall experience. Positives: Communication with the management team was smooth and responsive, which we appreciated. Convenient parking was available right in front of the building. The flat itself was reasonably clean upon arrival.
Negative: there were several drawbacks: The shower curtain had visible mold, which was off-putting. We were only provided with one set of towels each for a 5-day stay — additional sets would have made things more comfortable. The ventilator provided was very noisy. Given the heatwave during our visit, we had no choice but to use it, but its loud operation made it difficult to sleep. The location, while accessible, is right on a main street, so it was quite noisy at night. The bed was not very comfortable, and no extra pillows were provided. Only one small bar of soap was available — no shower gel or additional toiletries. Suggestions for improvement: Replace the shower curtain and provide basic toiletries like shower gel and extra soap. Consider stocking some coffee pods for guests. A second set of towels and extra pillows would go a long way in improving comfort.
Summary: With a few small upgrades and attention to detail, this could be a much more comfortable and welcoming stay.
