1 Bedroom Cabin in Broken Bow
This cabin offers a cozy atmosphere for couples and small families as well as fishermen and sportsmen. This one bedroom cabin has one queen size bed, full kitchen, one full bath and washer and dryer combo. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room (full size) and a rocker/ recliner as well as TV/DVD player with Cable. The cabin has heat and air along with ceiling fans. Outdoors there is a large “L” shaped porch with plenty of seating and a table for outdoor dining, propane grill and a large fire pit for the nights recap around the fire.
This cabin is pet friendly. Guests may have two (2) small dogs with a $20 per night non-refundable pet fee. All dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the cabin. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in/on the beds otherwise additional cleaning fees may apply.
Check in time is 4PM or later. Check out time is 11AM. Additional fee of $100 will apply to late check-outs unless otherwise approved. All cabins are Non-smoking. RVs, Campers, and Tents are not allowed to be used on cabin property, overcrowding fees will apply. ATV and similar vehicles are not allowed to be ridden on the cabin property. The use of Fireworks and/ or Guns is prohibited on cabin property. Hot tub covers are to remain in place when not in use. Do not stand, sit, dance, or otherwise use the cover for anything other than its intended purpose. Pets are welcome at Kiamichi Cabins on a Cabin by Cabin Basis with the following restrictions: Maximum of two (2) dogs. If bringing a single dog, the weight limit is 80lbs. If bringing 2 dogs, the weight limit per dog is 40lbs. No dogs are to be left unattended. All dogs must be kenneled if left at cabin. Dog kennels are available for rental from Kiamichi Cabins. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on the furniture. An additional fee of $20 per night will apply - regardless of how small or cute your dog is. Property damage or excessive cleaning will incur an additional expense.
