Summary: A good stay for a family. Pictures were accurate (even a little nicer than pictured). Communication seemed delayed and it was difficult to get in the door to the complex the first time (once you have the fob it's easy). Hot tub was nice, pool was too cool to use (in January). Overall, we had a good stay and would stay again.
