Positive: This was a lovely spacious home. We needed a space to spend a few days together with family from out of state. We did not leave the home once we arrived other than to run to the nearby Walmart and Sprouts for supplies What I liked: the rental process was easy and the staff are friendly and kind; arrival went well, there was a keypad and code which made it easy to enter; the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable; clean bathrooms; supplies were plenty from towels to paper goods; there was a lot of space to spread out or gather together; the backyard and patio were welcoming with furniture and a grill, and we enjoyed sitting outside in the sunlight; kitchen well stocked with cookware, coffeemaker, utensils, plates and cups and more; the property is lovely and the plants/yard are well taken care of; there were 5 televisions, Disney and Hulu provided. We enjoyed the sunset views from the large picture window in the living room. Check out was simple, leave at the assigned time and lock the door. The cleaning team was prompt as we left they were driving in. I recommend this property to families who are spread out and just want a space to spend a few days together.
Negative: Here is my input for improvement but didn't keep us from enjoying our stay: there were 5 televisions that was great, but we needed assistance getting them to work. We were able to use 2 of them, the supervisor and property manager promised to correct the issues with the other 3 after our stay; they were very attentive and responsive. The patio furniture was nice, unfortunately, there was a storm the weekend before we arrived, so the cushions were soaked. However, there was also a metal table/chairs plus lounge chairs, we did take advantage of those. It would be a good idea to have an outside storage bench to store the cushions, I have one on my patio and it works really well. Lastly, curtains or blinds on the kitchen window and family room slider would be nice for privacy at night. Honestly, we had a lovely time and would love to return one day. I do recommend this property to families who just want a place to gather together.
