Welcome to Blanc Bao,
A tropical retreat set near the beaches of Destin, Blanc Bao celebrates the fun life of Destin locals. Blanc Bao is nestled in the quiet community of Avalon, featuring exciting amenities for an active vacation. Enjoy the luxury of having private beach access, tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, basketball court, sidewalks, and a beautiful heated pool.*
Blanc Bao features numerous upgrades, including a gas range, a fenced backyard, a wine cooler, paintings from local artists, and more.
Blanc Bao is equipped with a golf cart that seats four people. You can use the golf cart to get around the community of Avalon, but it can not be driven on public roads.
Home Layout - Sleeps 12:
1st Floor - Garage with golf cart, laundry room, kitchen, living area with sofa sleeper (sleeps 2), Main Bedroom with king bed and bath (sleeps 2), half bath by entrance, backyard entertaining area fully fenced in.
2nd Floor - Living area with sofa sleeper (sleeps 2), Bunk room with full over full beds (sleeps 4), Bedroom with queen bed and balcony (sleeps 2), shared bathroom in the hallway.
The driveway can accommodate up to three vehicles. Parking is available on the neighborhood streets from 8 AM - 10 PM. Please follow the neighborhood signs for parking instructions.
Small dogs may be allowed. Please inquire about our pet policy and fees. Just to let you know, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to let us know before you travel. You assume all responsibility for your pet, including waste pickup and any fines for violating local rules.
Four beach chairs are provided at the home for you to take to the beach. The vendor on the beach can provide additional chairs and umbrellas for a daily fee. This fee can vary depending on the date and availability.

*The pool is heated during March, April, October, and November. Due to high temperatures, the pool is not heated from May - September.
