Make your next Miramar Beach vacation one to remember when you book this stunning house located in a nice and quiet neighborhood with less than a 6-minute walk to the private and gated beach with access only usable for those staying in the Avalon Community. Ideal for two families with children, this warm and contemporary designer-furnished home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms.
Avalon Beach Estates is centrally located to experience all that Destin/Miramar Beach has to offer with Sandestin Resort a short drive away along with Silver Sands Mall, Destin Commons, restaurants and other attractions all around our beautiful area.

Kids Bedroom: 2 Bunk Beds(limit of 100 pounds on the upper bed)
The great open interior space features a fully equipped, family-friendly kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and plenty of dinnerware. The large living and dining room area allows friends and families to spend time together while cooking or watching a game on a 70-inch smart TV.
The backyard offers everything you are looking for on a vacation. Whether you sunbathe in the loungers or jump in the pool to cool off, you will always feel like you never want to leave. The gas grill invites you to cook steaks or fish and a comfortable outside dining table makes for the perfect setting to sit and eat together.
There are 4 foldable beach chairs available, as well as the beach towels and wagon to take everything you need to the beach.
The property also comes with 4 bikes to enjoy the local area (guest must provide their own helmets)
