These are luxury brand new homes so we do NOT rent to school groups or chaperoned groups! You must be 25 or older.

Southern Grace features 6 king master suites with private en-suite baths and 2 amazing bunk rooms with a queen and private en-suite baths as well. Relax in one of two living rooms with fully equipped kitchens, ice makers and mini fridge's throughout. There is plenty of luxurious seating and lounge chairs out back for everyone in your group along with high speed Wi-Fi, smart TV's and more available for your enjoyment!
Enjoy watching movies on the 4k smart tv in both living rooms or one of the additional 9 smart TV's throughout the home. A grand gourmet kitchen and dining room which will accommodate your entire family and friends. There are 2 king master suites on the first floor for your convenience.
