New studio apartment on the top level of a charming heritage home. This beautifully decorated suite combines the comforts of modern, contemporary furnishings with a touch of old world charm. Perfectly situated in stunning downtown Kaslo B.C., mere steps away from the main street and a ten minute walk to the shores of beautiful Kootenay lake. This space has brand-new *everything* and is incredibly comfortable, secure, relaxing and central to everything our quaint, little village has to offer. Inside you will find: - Comfy contemporary couches to lounge on - Brand new top-of-the-line queen sized bed with super luxe linens - Brand new 32 inch Smart TV (Roku with Netflix and HDMI cord to attach your laptop if needed) - Fast and dependable WIFI - A super deep soaker tub after a long day on the road, on the slopes or at the beach -Kitchenette with microwave, 2 burner hot plate, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, knives, pots, flatware & basic condiments, teas and coffee. Also: - A charming balcony to enjoy a meal al fresco, overlooking a peaceful yard surrounded by greenery and a view of the Purcell mountains. You will have full access to your own private suite in the upper level of our Heritage home. There are currently two other tenants residing in the building. Your suite is entirely self-contained, with parking right out front on the road. This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
