Plenty of living space right on the ocean. Large open kitchen/dining area, media room, two living rooms and a garage rec room. The property itself stretches eastward on the beach to the mean high tide mark, so part of the beach is literally yours. We use CDC compliant cleaning and linen services. Check our calendar, it is up to date. Summer 2022 is fully booked, but we have availability for Fall 2022 and holidays. Book early for 2023.
Make memories with your friends and family at this rare 6 bedroom, 3,000+ square foot oceanfront Long Beach Island (LBI) home. We host weddings, wedding parties, family reunions, special occasions, and lots of families traveling together making LBI memories! (High School Seniors, while we wish you the best of luck, we do not host prom groups.)
The house comfortably sleeps 14 in 2 master suites plus four more bedrooms, including a bunk room (sleeps 4). The junior suite is on the first floor, making it perfect for the grandparents. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the office, as well as 2 inflatable mattresses. The office is equipped with desk and printer just in case work won't leave you alone. The media room on the second floor has plenty of seating, a flat screen TV, a game console, and board games. One of the garages has been converted into a rec room with couches, foosball, ping pong and another flat screen TV (internet or your device), perfect for the kids. High speed WiFi throughout.
LBI boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! This oceanfront home has beach access out the back door. Just take our private walkway over the dune, where there is a lifeguard station only a few feet away. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach badges (10), boogie boards, and beach toys are all provided for you enjoyment.
The roof deck has a large high top, 6 oversized charis, 360 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, Atlantic City, Barnegat Bay, and the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. The main deck has a dining table and chairs, another high top with 4 chairs, a seating area, and party lights! The second floor decks have new Adirondack Chairs and are perfect for finishing that book or enjoying a quiet glass of wine before dinner. Fully equipped kitchen, two spare refrigerators and freezers in the garage, another flat screen TV on the first floor, outdoor grill, and outdoor shower round out the home's amenities.
Our home is unique in that we provide everything for a carefree week at the beach, including linen and towel service. No schlepping sheets and towels - we do all the work. Clean linens, towels, and beach towels are all waiting when you arrive, and you just leave them at the end of your stay! Bathroom necessities, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, and paper products are also provided. You will be hard pressed to find other rentals that do the same.
The home is on the southern end of Long Beach Island in the quieter section of Holgate, but just under 2 miles from the center of Beach Haven. It is a nice walk, an easy bike ride, or a very short Uber. There is even a shuttle bus service on LBI that runs from the southern tip of the island all the way to the historic Barnegat Lighthouse on the northern end. You really can park your car and forget it once you arrive (there is parking for 6 cars). Beach Haven is the epitome of a beach town, with restaurants, eclectic shops, a water park (Thundering Surf), an amusement park (Fantasy Island), multiple mini-golf courses, Bay Village shops, and the iconic Chicken or the Egg, a 24 hour eatery whose wings were featured on TV Food Network's Man Vs. Food. Near the home there are all types of water activities including surfing, fishing, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.
