Positive: This house was perfect for our group. We each got our own room, and those who shared a bathroom was with only one other person. The house and yard are well cared for and very well organized. In addition to the app for the house there is an on-site notebook with even more details about the house and the area. The outside area was quite pleasant in the evening. The care taken by these hosts was evident. We would definitely stay at one of their properties again.
Negative: Only small items could be improved - more spoon, sharper knives, more regular washclothes. Some of the neighbors' dogs were a bother for those on the side near them during the night. It's a fairly busy street so put the light sleepers in the back rooms.
Summary: Bright and pleasant with care taken in every detail. Great for a group or a couple of families.
