The condo is newly appointed with comfortable furnishings. The living room is furnished with a comfortable power reclining leather sofa, two comfortable side chairs and a 58" Smart TV.
Whether you enjoy hiking, golfing, MLB Cactus League Spring Training, kayaking, floating down the Salt River or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunshine this is a perfect location.
Located just 1.2 miles from the famous Fountain of Fountain Hills. This condo offers a beautiful heated community pool area with hot tub. It also has a shared outdoor grill and dining area. There is also an exercise room in the clubhouse. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance.
The following amenities are available for use during your stay; bed linens, blankets, bath towels, pool towels, cookware, knives, utensils, storage containers, blender, hand-mixer, toaster, and coffee maker.
