Summary: I had the pleasure of staying in this property with my wife and two kids (ages 12 and 9) for a week in March (2025).There are too many good things to share to keep the review under 10,000 words. However, the following were some of the major benefits:1. The location is perfect. 2 minutes walk to the beach and close to food and retail amenities.2. The Villa is lovely, modern, spacious, and impeccably maintained.3. The owners are easy to communicate with. Smart, classy people.4. There is nothing about this property or the process of booking, checking in, or checking out that could be improved. It’s a true 10/10. If you are considering Nosara and are down to a handful of properties- this should jump to #1.
