Summary: We had a great time! Cynthia was great and very responsive. She made sure our trip met our expectations. Elevators are quick. Everyone was very friendly. Kitchen well stocked. Nice having ability to do laundry in the room. Bed is firm. Kids loved the bunk beds. Nice big TV with plenty of channels to watch. Place is very clean and accommodating. Will definitely book with Cynthia again on our next trip.
