Any individual renting a unit within the condominium must be twenty-five (25) years of age. The Association has the right to demand proof of compliance with this age restriction from any entity including the owner, tenant or rental agency.
FAMILIES ONLY – No Student groups allowed. If you are under 25 years of age and your parents are not with you, we cannot rent to you.
PARKING
Celadon charges a $45 fee per month, per car for your parking pass. You must purchase prior to arriving. Purchase details are provided prior to arrival.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. The VRBO/HA service fee will not be refunded. This is not my fee. Cancellations or charges that result in a shortened stay that are made within (30) thirty days of the arrival date forfeit all monies. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Summary: Our stay was excellent! The owners were very responsive with any questions we had about the condo. Their unit was beautifully decorated and looked like the pictures. It was evident they really care about providing a comfortable stay for their guests. We loved the Celadon property ! It was very well kept , clean and quiet. The parking garage was easy to access and no waits for elevators. The only recommendation we might make is replacing the king mattress or topper soon for a bit more comfortable nights rest.
