Positive: This is quite a big apartment. Has 3 bedrooms, a livingroom, small kitchen, and a normal size bathroom. Quite comfortable and clean. It's right in front of a small supermarket which is super convenient. Also, all the people are absolutely fantastic - the host was very communicative, the person at the door who handed over the key - very lovely, and the supermarket owner (as well as the other village people) - extremely friendly and kind. The village is small but very cozy and authnetic with a lovely and a calm view.
Negative: Overall, it was fairly calm and quiet, although you can hear the cars passing by, as the sound isolation is not very strong, and the church bells are loud early on. But more FYI, in case this is an issue for anyone. The village doesn't have much, so best bet is to go to the next town, like 10mins driving S Joao de Pesqueira that has more things (e.g. cafe, breakfast, etc.)
