* Note, as the new cabin owner, there are a few repairs planned in the upcoming month. ( a few blinds).
* We have a strict check-in 4:00 PM and check-out 10:00 AM policy because of the thorough cleaning process performed between guest stays.
* No parties or events are allowed
* No Pets are allowed, a special cleaning fee will be charged of $400 in order to clean for next guests and we may ask you to kindly leave without a refund.
* Hot tub use at your own risk, please research Hot Tub health concerns prior to usage.
* NO SMOKING, VAPING, or DRUG use inside cabin. An additional cleaning fee of $300 will be added if smoked inside cabin.
* Maximum guests allowed is 10. You will be kindly asked to leave without a refund if more than maximum allowed stays at the cabin.
* The driveway can handle up to 3 vehicles, there is a parking overflow area in the resort if you need it.
* Do not unplug electronics such as wifi/internet or TV entertainment components
* A security flood light/camera is located on front porch entry for cabin and guest safety. Do not cover or tamper.
* No open fires such as candles, grills (a grill is provided on deck), $100 will be charged if any open fires are detected

My parents stayed in the upstairs bedroom with the king bed and they enjoyed waking up to a beautiful sunrise every morning. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom by the living area, all the beds were very comfortable. The trees in front of the cabin have been trimmed so the view is unobstructed, unlike neighboring cabins. The parking is easy and not on a hill. The owner is quick to respond with questions and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The hot water is hot and the air conditioner is cold. The cabin is located within a few minutes of all the fun things in pigeon forge but still had amazing views and a quiet environment.
