Positive: The place was clean and cozy. also, I like the privacy.
Negative: We did not like the dog barking when we came in or going out. he was so loud. at times it was a bit frightening as if he was going to tear the door down. phone service was bad at times. ;)
Summary: Kyle was very nice and efficient when I texted him, he always replied back in a timely manner.
