Our one-bedroom, one-bathroom basement apartment is centrally located in the Central Park neighborhood and is close to all significant Denver neighborhoods of interest. Our place is in a vibrant food scene area with lots of green space to enjoy!
With an ideal location and plenty of green space to explore, our apartment is perfect for an extraordinary travel experience to Denver. For in-home entertainment, you can enjoy any of your favorite shows on the smart TV and enjoy a great audio experience on the stereo system. You'll stay cool and comfortable with the AC system and enjoy the convenience of having a clothes washer and dryer inside the unit. The bedroom has a spacious closet to hang all your clothes to help keep them wrinkle-free and organized during your stay.

Our apartment is in the Central Park neighborhood. The neighborhood is east of Downtown Denver, which was formerly known as Stapleton. The neighborhood is in Central Park, one of Denver's largest parks, with eighty acres of urban hiking trails, a big playground, and beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains. Central Park is known as one of the best neighborhoods to stay in when visiting Denver since the area boasts a connected community, local and national businesses, green space, and entertainment options. The Regional Transportation District (RTD) has a stop at Montview Blvd & Kingston St, which is only a short 15-20 minute walk from our apartment that you can take to Union Station, which will place you in the heart of Downtown Denver. Central Park includes a recreation center, the Denver Public Library – Sam Gary Branch, business centers, and art installations visitors enjoy.
