Summary: The house was very clean and ready upon our arrival. We had a group of 6 and it was very comfortable for all 6 of us. The backyard has a very nice sitting area that accompanied the awesome whether we had all weekend very nicely. Check and and Checkout was seamless and parking was easy. It was a little far for a walk to ACL for some in my group being how many hills there are in the area but we knew that going in and were able to easily uber for cheap to a spot very near the ACL entrance. Grabbing an uber at night was a breeze too as there weren't very many people looking for one in that area where we picked up. Owners checked in with us (through VRBO) during the trip to make sure we were doing good and had everything we needed. Would 100% Recommend in the future for an ACL stay or if you are just looking for something near downtown.
