Positive: The location is perfect. Three rooms with very confortable beds. Very clean. Quit area and accessible from the main attractions in Austin. Parking and check in were easy.
Negative: The backyard could be improved with a roof and a fan. Also, to make it more private from the property next to the house. The property manager offered a welcome kit with some water, snacks, and drinks which were not provided. The house is very well renovated, but the door rooms need significant adjustment for the noise and the privacy among the guests.
Summary: I would rent again this place for a family trip to Austin.
