This exceptional modern property is filled with designer touches throughout the home. The back patio space is ready to host your group for grilling, swimming, and relaxing outside in Nashville’s perfect weather. There is also a great lounge area with a TV and a gas firepit that overlooks the pool! This home's heart is a gourmet kitchen with an adjacent dining room and living room for that open concept space that creates a perfect flow between the indoor and outdoor areas. There are two offices on the property, one upstairs and one downstairs. Additionally, there is a poker and entertainment room upstairs and a gym right down the hall. This home's finishes are top-of-the-line and perfect for those who appreciate luxury.
This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 12 guests with luxury Frontgate beds, which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply.
