Summary: We arrived after a long 16 hour drive only to enter a room that reaked of a musty oder with a faint cigarette smell( mind you it was a smoke free room) We had 4 adults and a child who was to use the pull out couch advertised. We pulled out the pull out bed to find garbage from a previous stay. The mattress was thin and springy with stains all over it.They didnt even cover it. The blankets had these red blood looking stains on them. The blankets and room was really damp feeling almost like a basement. After arrival we asked for a new room and they told us there were no rooms available. The next morning, we asked for a new room and after a few hours they offered us a new room. The room was basically the same but didn’t have that terrible musty smell. They offered us a refund for one of the nights so they tried to make it right. Overall not the worst place but don’t have high expectations.
