You are 10 minutes to Disney Animal Kingdom, 15 minutes to the Disney Magic Kingdom and Walmart is a 3-minute drive. The full-sized kitchen with gas stove and oven will meet all your cooking needs. The kitchen and dinning area easily accommodate 12 guests. You will rest easy on the Serta Beauty Rest I-Comfort mattresses. The three en-suite bedrooms make this home a perfect pick for friends or families traveling together or extended families traveling with grandparents. Kids young and old will love the game room; pose in front of the custom 3D mural or get your game-on playing table tennis and foosball. The open-concept living room is the perfect gathering space. Families can gather in the spacious skylight-lit living room and easily interact with people in the dinning room and kitchen area. Walk through French doors to the sparkling south-facing pool and spa. Enjoy the sun, swim, BBQ on our new grill or relax in the shade provided by the covered patio. Pack light, because there is a laundry room complete with a new full-sized washer and gas dryer. We pride ourselves in providing a clean home with the latest amenities.
A cleaning fee (see pricing) and $900 REFUNDABLE security deposit will be applied (per booking channel polices) to your reservation at the time of booking.
Check-out is promptly at the specified time. Late check-outs are subject to the "Late Check-out Fee Schedule" and accrue in 15min increments; these fees may be held and applied from the security damage deposit.
*Check-out dates that fall on U.S. legal holidays are subject to a $300 cleaning fee.

The Neighborhood:
This a quiet well-sought-after community only 10 mins to the Disney parks. A short walk along the paved sidewalk (about one block from the house) is a recently updated park complete with new trees and flowering bushes. Kids love the play-set, swings and the open grass area with large soccer net.
Getting Around:
Most guests prefer to rent a car at the airport. Some guests opt to use taxis or Uber. There free street parking and ample space for two cars in the driveway.
Other Things to Note:
We make things easy for you so the pool equipment is remotely monitored and controlled via our pool logic system. Guests are not permitted to touch pool equipment on the side of the house. If you opt to pay for heat prior to check-in we enable the locked heater for you. You easy control the spa via the single button on the pool patio.
