This stunning 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is located in Palmetto Bluff's Moreland Village. With inviting front and rear porches that are the hallmark of classic, lowcountry-style architecture, plus rustic details like wood beams and exposed brick accents, The Cypress House offers the perfect backdrop for a vacation getaway to The Bluff. With the convenience of a walk everywhere location that includes easy access to Lake Bales and Moreland's restaurants, the trails that wind along Cauley's Creek, or even climbing to the perch on the famous 5-story Moreland treehouse.
The Cypress House offers spacious interiors with abundant, updated furnishings and room to gather with family and friends. The living area features comfortable seating, gas fireplace and Smart TV. The dining area just off the living area comfortably seats 8 guests. The kitchen provides high-end appliances and luxury finishes with an oversized center island that seats four, and separate bar area with beverage center. Adjacent to the kitchen is access to the spacious screened porch with dining table that seats 6 and ample seating that makes it the perfect place to gather for cocktails at happy hour or movie night for the kids.
The main floor primary bedroom features a KING bed, a desk should you need a quiet place for remote work, and an attached ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Additionally on the main level you will find a guest room appointed with QUEEN bed and private ensuite bath, plus powder room and laundry room with plenty of storage and a stack Washer/Dryer.
Upstairs you'll find a second floor loft offers the perfect spot for the kids to relax and play games. This level features 3 additional guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a KING size bed, and a full bathroom. The second guest bedroom features a KING bed, and shares the hall bath, and the third guest bedroom includes built-in TWIN bunk beds that sleep four.
In Moreland, you will find the peace and tranquility of a neighborhood designed to showcase all of the surrounding beauty of the lowcountry. Grab a picnic lunch from the Canteen, and you are mere steps away from Moreland Landing, where you can climb a treehouse, fish off the dock, lounge in the riverside hammocks, or roast a few oysters on the fire pits.
