Summary: This home is very comfortable! The living room furniture has been upgraded since the photo shown. It’s even better than advertised.The kitchen appliances were above standard! Kurig, Drip coffeemaker, coffee press, an air fryer and more…The towels were abundant and plush. The home was immaculate upon arrival. The owner, Kim, and the property manager, Kathy, were quick to respond with any inquiry. ( a brief pool heat issue, due to a flipped breaker) We bought the pool heat, and we were happy we did as there were a few cool nights. The pool and patio furniture is comfortable. We did not use the garage game room, but for a family, I’m sure it would be perfect,We have rented in this neighborhood several times, but this was the first time we ate at the club house “restaurant” and enjoyed games. We stayed a whole month and settled in comfort. We would definitely try to rent this home again,
