This totally confortable home will appeal to guests of all ages, being spacious,
fully air-conditioned and well equipped. The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom
detached private villa is situated in the peaceful community of Eagle Pointe, and has a beautiful view to a preservation green area and a lake.
Light, modern decoration and furnished to a high standard, our villa
boasts a beautiful lakeside position and a large private screened pool.
The pool can be heated when required, at a cost of $15.00 per day
Accomodation comprises:
BEDROOM 1 (MASTER) - with king-size bed, remote Cable LCD TV/DVD and pool view. The suite bathroom has shower and tub separated , 2 hand basins, also separated toilet, and a great walk-in closet.
BEDROOM 2 (MASTER) - with queen-size bed and remote Cable LCD TV/DVD and closet.
BEDROOM 3 - with queen-size bed and remote Cable LCD TV/DVD and closet.
BEDROOM 4 - is children themed with 3 twin beds and closet.( bunk bed)
HOUSE BATHROOM - is located between Bedrooms 2 & 3 and has a bath
with shower over, basin and toilet.
LIVING AREA - Lounge has a beautiful big modular leather sofa, LCD TV/DVD, Audio System c/w tuner, tape and CD. WIFI INTERNET
The Dining area comprises of dining table with 8 chairs and baby highchair. KIDS TABLE - dinning round table with 4 small chairs
KITCHEN - Electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer
microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee machine, toaster,
blender, crockery and cutlery.
UTILITY ROOM - washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
HALL - spacious entrance hall with house and local information

Summary: Overall we had a really great stay at the vacation house for a week. It fit all six of us very comfortably. The kids loved the pool. My only disappointment was the old sheets used on the beds. You can tell they have used them for quite some time. But other than that the stay was excellent.
