Salty Seabreeze is a newly renovated - coastal three-story beach home located on scenic 30A in the community of Seabreeze Cottages. This 4-bedroom, 4-bath beach home is just across the street from the beautiful sugar white-sand beaches and crystal-clear emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. It is within minutes of all the shopping, entertainment, and dining options 30A has to offer. This 3-story, beautifully updated family beach home has everything you will need for an amazing beach vacation. There is also a community pool just steps away from the home, so you can relax your cares away after a fun day at the beach.
As you enter the first level of the home you will find two bedrooms. The first is a primary suite with king king-size bed, an en suite bath featuring a quartz top vanity with a walk-in shower and separate tub, and access to the patio. The second is a guest bedroom with 3 twin beds and its own private bathroom with a single quartz top vanity and walk-in shower.
As you make your way to the second level, you will enter the main living space. The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area are tastefully decorated and full of beachy charm that will make you feel right at home. There is a dining room table for 8 plus room for 3 additional at the breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need when you want to stay in and cook dinner! Have your morning cup of coffee on the covered second-level patio. This level also features another guest bedroom with 2 queen beds with a shared hallway bathroom.
The third floor offers a king suite, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony. Sit back and take in the breathtaking views of the gulf and unbeatable sunsets from the third level!
