The Clubhouse 3206 is a deluxe three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom second floor condo that can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably. Right in town but still feeling secluded, this condo is the best of both worlds when it comes to a Pigeon Forge vacation!
The living room with its comfortable leather furniture is where you'll want to gather together to watch TV on the large flat-screen smart TV or pop in a DVD, as the fire crackles from the double-sided fireplace. On the other side of your fireplace is the dining area and kitchen, keeping everyone close but still able to do their own thing. All the hiking, playing, swimming and exploring you'll do will create some big appetites, so be sure to plan accordingly. There's a Food City grocery just four minutes away and all the dinnerware, cookware and appliances you'll need in your The Clubhouse 3206 kitchen. The Golf View resort is next door to the Gatlinburg Golf Course and boasts an indoor and seasonal outdoor pool, a seasonal outdoor hot tub, a sauna and grilling areas.
Upstairs you'll find all three bedrooms, two with king-size beds and a third featuring a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which really cuts down on the morning shower rush.
