This modern and spacious duplex is located in Tybee Island's quite mid-island within an easy walk or bike ride to "Downtown" Tybee's shops and restaurants, Tybee's South Beach, the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. This property has lots of room inside and out to gather with friends and family or relax with a good book. It is also close to the Tybee Island YMCA and Memorial Park which provide tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, children`s playground, picnic tables with grills and a covered pavilion. Great place for a fun filled vacation on beautiful Tybee Island!

Please pick-up and properly dispose of your dog’s waste; do you, or future guests, want to smell, or step in, previously deposited dog poop? We think not. Tybee does have two Dog Parks located at the intersection of Van Horne and Fort Streets between the Police Station and River's End Campground and RV Park. For practical reasons, the dog parks are only open from dawn ‘til dusk.
