Positive: The place is conveniently located at the beachfront. The check-in and check-out processes were quite easy and straightforward. Trizah was very responsive and super helpful in recommending a guide to show us around Malindi during our stay. Our house keeper Linet was the best. She cleaned the place daily keeping it clean and neat and was readily available to help out with just a quick phonecall.
