Outside there is communal parking for two cars and a communal front and rear garden with furniture. The central heating is powered by electric and is included in rental price, along with power. Sorry, no pets are allowed at this property. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted. There is a shop within 1.7 miles and a pub within 0.7 miles and a beach within 0.4 miles.
