It is located in the heart of Perigord in a quiet rural hamlet without modern houses in the middle of open spaces on the edge of the forest.
On the ground floor (two large rooms and a bathroom) kitchen with dining area, large living room / dining room, bathroom with toilet and laundry.

Summary: Comfortable spacious rustic property perfect for our family, 4 adults 2 children. A quiet area of Périgord Region easy drives to markets and towns. The pool was invaluable with the warm weather. Kitchen very well equipped we ate at the house most days. Having the shower downstairs was a bonus with kids coming in from the pool for showers. Beautiful surrounding Forrest very private. Would stay again
