4 Bedroom House in Freeport

Xanadu is a beautiful 3-story canal home in a quiet small community surrounded by the Brazoria County wildlife reserve. It is a fairly new construction (2016) with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This beautiful home also has a second lot with flower gardens and beautiful blooms year around. This is a big plus compared to most waterfront properties with small spaces and little privacy.
Imagine fishing and crabbing at your backyard, relaxing on the large deck overlooking the water and the wildlife reserve in short distance, while the kids running around in the flower garden. Your get away time could not be more relaxing!
There are huge fish roaming around the underground fishing light at night. We provide fishing poles and crab cages for free. We also have boat lift and slip if you come with your own boats.
We decorated this place with love and art. The master bedroom is on the second floor with king size bed and a large en-suite master bathroom with soaking tub. The secondary bedroom on the second floor is huge. It has a queen size bed with a sleeping sofa. The third floor bedroom has its own walk out deck that offers really nice view of the water and neighborhood. The last bedroom on the third floor has a bunk bed with dedicated working place. All the bedrooms are large and spacy. In the hall way on the third floor, there is built in bookcase with books , toys and board games for your little ones to enjoy!
On the first floor is the garage where we store the fishing equipment, beach chairs and beach toys. There is huge covered sitting space on nice concrete floor with seating furnitures, picnic table , rocking chair, hammock swing over here for you to relax while others fish and catch crabs same time.
Also on the second floor are two large covered patios at the front and back in addition to the large attached deck. The back patio has seating areas as well as grill for outdoor cooking.
The surf side beach is 10 minutes away. There are plenty amenities/ restaurants/ groceries/ shopping malls in the city of Lake Jackson which is 15 minutes away.
This is a very quiet residential area, it is a place for you to relax and enjoy and rejuvenate, so absolutely no parties , especially no loud music or noises after 10 pm. Neighbors complain will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
There is ample parking place in the property on the driveway or underneath the breezeway.
