Positive: The location is fantastic and we loved the spacious clean unit.
Negative: It is a bit of an added hassle in the Friday traffic to collect (and return) keys from another location, also it would have been handy to have a second set of keys. However our stay was otherwise fantastic, this is a minor thing.
