Positive: There's a nice trail on the property and some decent views. The rooms overlook trees but also buildings and roads, so it's not exactly a paradise getaway. But there are still beautiful elements
Negative: No housekeepers besides in the morning. The hotel seemed understaffed generally. Duvet wasn't clean, bathroom looked closer to motel quality IMO than a "resort and spa". I went for a wedding and the experience was beautiful and nice, but if I weren't there for that event I would never stay here. It's not horrible. It's just not nice, either.
