The bedrooms have balconies offering beautiful views of the lush garden and on the north side there is a great view of Lake Schliersee, which is about 10 minutes walking distance. The villa has extensive living spaces consisting of one large living room with an open fireplace and a Steinway Piano, a comfortable reading and TV room with a panoramic view and a cozy dining room for up to 12 people. The outdoor dining table and grill are perfect for barbeques. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a connecting store and laundry room.
