San Eusebio is an independent portion of a beautiful stone farmhouse with ancient peasant origins. You will find it nestled in an extremely panoramic position on the silver olive-covered hill of S. Pietro a Cegliolo, not far from the beautiful town of Cortona.
You will instantly fall in love with Cortona. Its cobbled lanes, noble palaces, panoramic viewpoints across the Valdichiana to Lake Trasimeno, its churches and numerous monuments are all not to be missed. You will spend lazy days, strolling around while eating an ice cream, immersed in an atmosphere of ancient times. We advise you not to miss out on a few evenings in the numerous typical restaurants in the historic centre, you absolutely must try the Tuscan cuisine and the many delicacies it offers!
The owners of the house have carefully restored it with absolute respect for the old architectural features: the wooden beams, ceilings, fixtures and terracotta floors are those of yesteryear. In front of the house, there is a large green area at your disposal, a gazebo with garden furniture ideal for enjoying outdoor dining in harmony with the landscape below and the lights in the distance. Immersed among the olive trees is a lovely swimming pool (size 3.5x6 m, depth 0.60-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), panoramic and cool, which will be perfect for your days of relaxation on the sun-kissed sun loungers of the solarium.
