The Santo Antônio-Estadias e Eventos Space is located in the ITUPARARANGA dam / KNOWN as IBIUNA dam in MAIRINQUE / SÃO PAULO with access by RODOVIA CASTELO BRANCO and one HOUR of the capital. The total area is 4 acres, with 1 and 1/2 are home and leisure area.
TWO HOUSES:
CASA 1- is the headquarters and CASA 2 is for guests.
SEAT: living room w / fireplace, bar, TV room with SKY, dining room richly furnished. Four suites, fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators and a freezer, dishwasher, glassware, cutlery and porcelain to a high standard.
Cup, laundry with washer and dryer, deposit and maid wc.
Barbecue and pizza oven on a balcony with 3 environments (3 tables for meals and small and living) Swimming pool in front of the house.
GUESTHOUSE: balcony with official Snooker,
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with refrigerator and stove, living room and dining room.
At the same balcony, plus an apartment suite for guests.
Space has:
Two houses, chapel, swimming pool, grass soccer court, sports court of cement, official snooker table, deck for boats, kennel, two houses of homemade.
FOR WEEKENDS OR VACATIONS:
