Beautiful country house within a short distance of the beautiful beaches of Cala Galdana, Cala Mitjana and Cala Macarella, and also very close to the villages of Ferreries and Cala Galdana, in the south of the island. The estate has more than 30 hectares of land, providing absolute privacy and tranquility in pure nature with plenty of private country walks and beautiful views.
Beautifully reformed retaining all the charm of the original house and the addition of today's modern, creature comforts, the house is a delight. The generous layout includes a huge living-dining room with large patio doors opening to the terrace and pool area and a super, fully fitted, modern kitchen also opening up to the exterior on the ground floor. A second living room with a terrace, five double bedrooms with ceiling fans and three bathrooms are upstairs. A sixth bedroom plus bathroom are in an independent annex.
Without a doubt the incredible Mediterranean garden surrounding this fantastic property is the main highlight; inviting sun terraces and porches surrounding the entire house, beautiful swimming pool, wonderful views, summer dining room and plenty of places to relax promise unforgettable holidays with family and friends.
