Summary: We got a different house in the end, so can't say much about this one. Apparently they're similar and ours has been nice. However, there are others who are flexible during the pandemic and those who are opportunistic, trying to maximize profits. Unfortunately Akke is the latter. The quarantaine rules changed 6 days before arrival, so the kids would have to go into quarantine. We kindly asked to cancel or change dates, which was denied by the owner (not showing flexibility, but fair enough it's according to the T&Cs we agreed). We then asked if they can open the house up for booking again and if someone books it, we can cancel. In the end, someone booked it but Akke didn't tell us this until I called and found out, only because we decided to come without the kids. It seemed like she wanted to profit from a double booking. She then gave us a different house with 5 bedrooms instead of 9 for exactly the same price and no reduction and without asking us. 2 days before departure we didn't have a chance but to take it. In summary, the house is probably nice, but so are many others and the business ethics is just not acceptable. I won't book here again. Hope this helps.
