Positive: Lovely and well appointed cottage. In extensive grounds that Olly welcomed us to have a look around and we did take a couple of delicious apples from the walled garden (thank you).
Negative: May not be possible if building is Grade listed, but updated windows would be good for better heat and sound proofing.
Summary: Perfect location for exploring the Wolds - cottage is well named ;-)
