Positive: Great place. Has a lot of character! Two floors, two bedrooms, two living rooms, one of which can be a bedroom. Lots of bathrooms, decent kitchen setup. Right on the river, outside the door are riverside restaurants.
Negative: The only negative here is that it's a 15min walk to the center of the old city. It's also hard to find groceries nearby, so that involves a decent walk again. So basically, it's just the somewhat out of the middle location that is a negative. For us it wasn't that big a deal, but it's something to consider.
Summary: Great stay, I really enjoyed it.
