The villa is located in the well-kept, sought-after and quiet district of Montgó near Denia. The next two big shopping markets are just 1300 meters away. The nearest restaurant is about 700 meters. It is about 2.5 km to Dénia city. The nearest sandy beach of Dénia town is just 2.0 km away.
The villa is about 130 m2. The property is completely enclosed with an outer wall and automatic gate. The total area is about 850 m2. The garden is maintained weekly, the pool area and whirlpool depending on the weather and needs of a gardener and caretaker. It has an 8 x 4 meter private pool with outdoor shower. In addition, there is a whirlpool with 3-4 places available on the roof terrace. Also, the villa has a practical summer / outdoor kitchen with sink, refrigerator and gas stove. On the roof of the villa there is a large terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views. The house was largely refurnished in November 2017, partially renovated and equipped with new electrical and air conditioning units.
