On a private gated road, this 3-story sunny Chateau-style home has an open floor plan offering 3 bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen), 3 full bathsand 2 half bathrooms. Hardwood, granite, marble and stone floors are throughout as well as gabled and exposed beam ceilings. Ideal for entertaining with a gourmet kitchen, two living areas, library, two fireplaces, large rec-room with pool table, office, desks in some room and high speed (85-90 mps) internet, and large pocket door windows that open out to an expansive wrap-around deck.
