- Pool heat is an additional $40 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature.
- Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel thefulleffects.
- Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does notenterindoors.
- Guests are expected to respect the resort's quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules and/or cause disturbances in the community.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and screened-in lanai area.
- Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed.
- Pets are not permitted in the home.
- Kindly bring kitchen condiments if you plan to cook.
