Three bedroom, two bathroom, pet friendly holiday home in tranquil location opposite a man made lake. Located within walking distance to the shopping centre, golf course, river and 1km from the beach. Enjoy sitting in the front sun room having your morning coffee with views to the lake or enjoying a complimentary port in the family room with combustion heater Open plan kitchen lounge/dining with split system air conditioning. Three bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 Double and 1 containing 2 single beds all with overhead fans and wardrobes. Port a cot, High Chair, changing mat and child safety rail for one single bed available for use. Totally self contained with all linen supplied as well as complimentary coffee, tea and sugar. Digital Televisions, combined DVD/VCR , Stereo system. DVDs, Videos, Foxtel sport and entertainment channels. Cd's, board games, books, magazines and children's toys available for use We welcome pets as have a border collie of our own and they are allowed inside but please not on the furniture or in the bedrooms. The backyard has a fully fenced grassed area with plenty of room for dogs and children to play. A kennel and water bowls are supplied, we would appreciate it if you could let us know if bringing your pets. BBQ, Outdoor table and chairs and plates and utensils for outdoor use. Please note there is a minimum of 2 nights stay and 3 nights during December/January holidays. Check in time is now 3pm and check out 11 am.
