Positive: The manager let me stay until 4PM because I wasn't so happy about some other things, and this made me super happy as I wanted to spend more time relaxing around the area. The manager was friendly in person. Once I was upgraded to the room I had actually booked, it was a great room, high quality and clean.
Negative: I experienced some serious false advertising the first day. I booked a room that very clearly stated it had a kitchen with photos and when I arrived... no kitchen. The manager did not handle the situation well initially, and it made me upset. The next day, by chance, the couple staying in the room with the kitchen got kicked out, so I got the room, but I barely had enough time to cook the vegetables I was planning to eat. The area would be really nice, but unfortunately, there were frequent power outages around the area. During the time I was planning to cook, I waited 2 hours with no power and then gave up. I feel this place has a lot of potential and should get better once the manager learns to communicate better with guests over text when they are upset, and also doesn't advertise rooms with kitchens when they are already booked.
