Positive: Great location. Had to contact guest services over a minor problem, and they were amazing. Beds were really comfortable and shower was awesome.
Negative: One of the dining room chairs at the was broken. The leg was snapped and the cross brace was broken. Instead of being fixed properly it was just "staged" to look ok. When my wife scooted the chair out, it all but fell apart. It could have been really dangerous. The hardwood floors had really big gaps between them, which is to be expected, but there was a LOT of food crumbs, dirt, hair balls, and a chunk of meat that looked weeks old. There were a lot of shortcuts in the building and maintenance of the cabin. There were things that were not really well thought out, the hot tub being one of them. It's a decent cabin for the price, and we had a great time, but I'll be looking at different cabins next trip.
